Señor Dios y Padre Celestial:
Te doy gracias por la vida.
Declaro y creo por fe en tu Palabra, en tu Fidelidad, en tu Amor, reconozco el poder tuyo; entra en mi vida, y confirma mi nombre en el Libro de la Vida.
Te pido limpies, laves y perdones mis pecados, con la obra de tu Hijo Jesucristo por el Agua, la Sangre y el Espíritu, reconociéndote como Señor y único Salvador, porque creo en tu Bautismo, tu Sangre en la Cruz, tu Muerte y tu Resurrección para vida eterna.
Te pido que envíes y me llenes de tu Santo Espíritu, confirmando que he sido regenerado, me has justificado, he nacido de nuevo, que desde ahora soy salvo y soy hecho tu Hijo eternamente
Te entrego mi vida incondicionalmente y quiero servirte de ahora en adelante como tu discípulo, deseo cumplir tus órdenes como un verdadero comando al servicio del Rey, para rescatar a mis hermanos del enemigo.
